Origine géographique : l’espèce est originaire du Japon, du Nord de la Corée, du Nord de la Mongolie, de la Siberie à l'Est du fleuve Yenisey  et en Chine (Heilongjiang, Jilin, Mongolie intérieure) entre 1000 et 2300 m d'altitude.
